When underwear becomes outerwear: Garters…Runway to Real Way!

Garters very well may have been created as undergarments, but this season they are popping up as outerwear on everyone from runway models to A-listers to fashion icons. Our favorite interpretation is the leather garter, newly seen as a detachable part of the over-the-knee boot and recently found with pouches, as an alternative to carrying a bag (brilliant for a night out on the town). The latter was created in a number of options by SkinGraft and it is by far one of our favorite new accessories.
